Purchase: 1st March 2020 for my wife: Worked well for us. Went in for old polo or fiesta and came out with much newer ka+. Coffee and biscuits welcome and willing sales person looked after us. Now four weeks since we got car, some promises not kept: we had to pay £45 for transport of car from Edinburgh before we saw it (AC Company Policy). In compensation we were offered 'more petrol in the tank' and new car carpets. The petrol wasn't added to the tank and we still don't have the promised carpets. Even worse, we picked up on March 1st having agreed to tax it from that date (£145) and now find it was taxed from 1st February losing a month's tax. I know its our fault for not pinning them down but these details spoiled our purchasing experience.

Bought a focus in September (I think) 2017, good price, well looked after, still have now had no problems. The dealer let me take the car away while waiting for a turbo pipe which had a slight crack in. They fixed it when I went back (no charge) as well as changing 3 of the tyres which were low but still legal - shows they care about selling quality vehicles. This was all done included in the price and they also included two services, two MOTs and a couple of free health checks which were all great. Arnold Clark's customer service is excellent and vehicles are well maintained, will definitely buy my next car from there. Also they video your car on the ramp which is good to see underneath.They also do a free wash every time but I had issues with this as they pressure sprayed too close to my rear parking sensors a couple of times, blasting the paint off and I think this may be why they don't work properly. Not a real problem and arguably a problem with the car rather than what they have done, I just ask them not to wash it now.

Good communication with staff. Couple of small things which making me to do not give 5 stars. Machine polish not done properly and will need to do it again and couple of small issues with car as some switches missing etc. Overall I would recommend everyone to get the car with Arnold Clark. Prices are good and overall condition of the car good as well
