Wisbech EE shop.We visited this morning with a query over a new contract and were served straight away by Donovan. He was so helpful and friendly we thought he deserved a special mention. It was well worth our going out in these strange times and we are delighted with our new arrangements for our landline and broadband. He also made a helpful suggestion regarding our mobiles which we hadn’t anticipated. Very, very pleased.

I had an absolute nightmare over a piece of technology that just wouldn't work for me, I called 150 over 5 times some promised to call back and didn't few were very helpful but Jay in the Exeter EE store was an absolute gem trying his best to sort it for me he did everything he could and sat with me for ages figuring it out even studying it in his own time, I was at my wits end calling after calling 150 and getting nowhere I was honestly contemplating leaving EE after my contract ended due to how I was treated by one particular person over the phone but the amazing staff in the EE store have restored my faith in the company

I believe in giving credit where credit is due and in this particular case, it most certainly is.My wife and I are on holiday in Cornwall and despite our expectations, it seems that there is no WiFi where we are staying. Normally, I would not consider this a problem but my wife needed to keep in touch with work.We went in to see Sam @ EE in Truro and he advised us about the problems with tethering and looked up how much data we both had on our phones. He provided a range of options and went to great lengths to provide answers to our questions and solutions for our problems including other situations and scenarios. There was no pressure to make a decision and we went and had a cuppa while we discussed what we would do.Later we went back and made a purchase and it has worked exactly as Sam said it would.It is unusual to find such a knowledgeable and helpful young man who is happy to pay personal attention to a customer's needs and work with them to a practical solution.Well done Sam, thank you.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Troy in your Great Yarmouth store. He was extremely helpful, confident, very patient and clearly experienced.We needed our new phones setting up which he did very competently. Throughout he was courteous, reassuring and supportive. After being unable to have internet installed by Talk Talk (awful service - read my other review); I heard about EE offering a router that uses mobile networks to provide internet to your property without line installation. Went into the Birmingham store to find further details and walked out 20 minutes later with router in hand.Ismail was great, explained all of the tech details in simple terms, how the router worked, property a competitive price and was all round a friendly customer service advisor.Would highly recommend! The signal via the router is also better than that of mainstream cable/fibre internet

Called in EE in Queensgate Centre, Peterborough to arrange for a change of address to our accounts. We were given helpful and professional service from Maria, a very friendly young lady that made our moving house that little bit easier.
