Had a holiday booked 2020 summer. Due to coronavirus. Thought it best to cancel.Eurocamps could not have been more accommodating. Fantastic company. I understand we are all suffering due to this terrible virus. So more than happy to forgo my 99 pound deposit. Which actually they may well have refunded had I had waited . However. Due to there there superb attitude . I’m happy to write this off. After all they have done a lot up to to now. And have there costs to cover .Will be booking 2021 . Had numerous holidays in the past and totally happy. Thank you eurocamp for your understanding . If more companies where like you, it would be a pleasure! All the best

Nobody there !! but stick with it on Live ChatI've been trying all day to speak / communicate with a person. I've left messages, call back requests and used their Chat system all without any success.At the end of the day I managed to get through on Live Chat. A very helpful lady, Yvonne, managed to resolve our problem totally. I can understand that they are currently inundated and under pressure so we all need a little patience. Well done in the end

Very disappointed with Eurocamp Duinrell. We have stayed at Eurocamp for the past 2 years - Berny Rivière in France and Beekes Bergen in Holland and these have been lovely sites. On arrival at Duinrell we had previously asked that our son, his partner and our 2 grandsons be as near as possible as they like “ popping into “ our mobile home and run between the 2 and we all breakfast and eat together. However the receptionist said that wasn’t possible and they weren’t far away. Turns out they were 5 mins at least away. This was even more annoying when the mobile home behind us, the same as they were in, was empty so we asked for them to be moved the next day. The mobile homes are crammed in, you cannot park your car next to your home and you can hear your neighbours conversations and noise moving around. The mobile home itself was dirty. There was left over food and crumbs in the cooker, the fridge hadn’t been cleaned and the floor was filthy. There was one tiny radiator in the lounge area which was inadequate to heat the whole home. There was an air conditioning/ heater unit but no instructions on how to heat the home and it would not turn on. The layout of the home is poor with not enough room to sit round the table to eat and you have to keep pulling it out to be able to sit down. The kitchen is so basic. There was no info left in the home, no out and about info etc. The whole site is in need of a tidy up , grass needs cutting and it is noisier than previous holidays despite it being 18th May. The receptionist were disinterested and unenthusiastic. We asked about visiting Amsterdam and were told about park and ride but they only had one map and asked us to get them some more for other visitors! We did of course but this was really their job. We did not see any reps until the last evening when we were given a card about cleaning the home spick and span ( their words) , defrost the fridge and freezer, empty and take rubbish up to the large bins. I always leave as I find and given the state of our home, was not impressed with this instruction. It was my holiday and not my job to ensure all was clean, the fridge defrosted and trapes up to the bins. Very disappointed with this site.The amusement park was good, no queues and the Tiki pool was good fun.All in all this is not a peaceful beautiful site and needs hygiene and tlc.

I have just had a telephone conversation with the head office to clarify our accommodation and location on our chosen site.Spoke to a really helpful lady called Yvonne who was able to talk through our booking and was able to answer our questions with ease.Yvonne took the trouble to explore added extras such as up grades, change of location and we are coming away happy holiday makers

Our family have had three 'pandemic trips' with Eurocamp. Each time things did not go quite to plan. (Vehicle breakdown, lockdown, travel restrictions, work emergency) We needed to change travel and accommodation details. (For example shift a ferry date, add a few extra days.) Each time we were impressed with the helpful, can-do approach of their friendly office staff. (In stark contrast to other companies who still use covid to moan, say no and excuse dreadful service.) On site, our accommodation has been clean and well prepared, and the teams were relaxed, sensible, informative and responsive people. Our wider family's needs have changed over the years - but whether we want to be hopeless sun seekers or independent minded explorers Eurocamp still provides us with a great base. We would recommend travelling outside peak season (if you can) for the best value and a chilled on site experience. Livechat has worked well for me, I like how you are emailed a transcript of the conversation. Also, the website is good but suggest you download the brochure which seems to have extra, clearly presented information to help plan a trip.Just booked again what I hope will be the first of several 2022 trips.

We can't fault eurocamp. We booked a holiday in 2019 to Italian lakes for August 2020. We booked our flights seprate and unfortunately ryanair canceled our flights. So we transfered our holiday to August 2021 instead of paying for our flights separately We booked them though eurocamp. This made the holiday atol protected. 3 days ago we had a phone call from eurocamp ti say the flight times had changed more gthen 12 hrs and we had 3 options. Accept the new times, change flights or cancel holiday. We didn't really want to go away again this year and didn't want to transfer again so we had to full refund. This pandemic has make me realise how important its to book a package holiday which is atol protected. Yes u pay a admin free for eurocamp to book the flights but its only £10 per person and the flights are the same price to what u can find on line. I don't mind paying that when I know if anything goes wrong u are protected. Love eurocamp alway helpful and great holidays be using them for the last 8 years.

I have also recently had a holiday cancelled and issued a RCN, which did not specify my ferry booking, although booked as a package holiday. The format and "provisions" within RCN's are extremely vague and I am not confident meet the same conditions that the original booking was made under (plus if they move the goalposts once, it can happen again). Its difficult to commit to a holiday next year as my daughter will then be in school so I must change the date, this will mean no price match! They also cannot price match the ferry crossing either. There is a link on their website (under the COVID-19 section) where you can request a refund and I have completed the form. Further backed up by an email to customer services. Depending on how they now handle and process my existing booking will determine whether I book with them in the future, simple as that!

Another fine holiday in the dordogne and Argele sur mer. Reps could be a little more visible but the beauty is the simplicity of the booking and the great locations.Thanks Eurocamp!

Eurocamp have been excellent about a couple of recent bookings! They got back to me the very next day and kept calling until they got through just to make sure I was happy with the solution they had suggested in the email. They do lose one star for the texts telling me I have until the end of the day to pay the taxes and insurance that I did not want or my booking would be cancelled. A little more notice would be nice!

Having used Eurocamp for over thirty years I feel having just returned from a two centre holiday that maybe that was the last time we use Eurocamp, I feel that they are letting their loyal customers down by advertising accommodation that has no bearing on what you actually get. We booked an Espirit at the Norcenni site and it was old, cramped and way past its best, the bedroom was so small that we couldn't walk around the bed and spent alot of time scrambling over each other, great fun when your young, not quite the same when you are retired and the temparature is soaring outside!. The blackout blind didn't work and neither did two rings on the cooker, this was mentioned to the rep but to no avail. We moved onto Le Serraz in Annecy, once again into an Espirit and what a difference , this one was much more spacious, everything worked and the bedroom was much bigger. Over the years we have had numerous Espirits, all different shapes and sizes and my annual grumble is how can they advertise something that you are unlikely to get. The accommodation shown on the website and brochure are all new, modern models, which gives a very unfair picture as to what you will actually get . I do ask myself why we keep going back with Eurocamp, we like the concept of that type of holiday but maybe enough is enough.
