Good job...great.

I never have any complaints when I shop in the stores. I love their clothing and the staff is usually helpful and friendly. I haven’t had the same experience when shopping on their website. I recently placed an order and put all of the correct info in before signing into my account to get the shopper points for my purchase. After I was asked to sign in, everything referred to my old information, not realizing this, I placed the order and realized I needed to call to make the corrections to the billing and shipping info. She could not cancel the order or make corrections because it was already in process. Now I have to call the courier once it’s shipped so they can intercept the package. Then, I have had ongoing issues with their website and getting my password reset, I asked her if she could send a link since the “forgot password” function never seemed to do anything, I would never get a link. She said I should clear my cache and cookies, otherwise I’ll have to wait 5-7 business days for IT to manually send me a link. I let her know I didn’t mind waiting because nothing has worked so far. She said she sent a request, but just generally didn’t seem like she wanted to help. Who knows if she actually sent to request to IT. Again, I will continue to buy from the stores but it’s definitely more of a headache if you have to order online and make any corrections or changes.

I buy in the mail and in person at Express shops nationally. Their clothing is simple elegance if you style it right. Everything arrives when it should. No problems from express.com or in person. I recommend going to a shop located in a larger city to find more inventory because some of the stores outside of NYC only carry 2-3 items per size. I live in Express denim! You can make Express clothes look like really expensive clothes if you watch for getting the perfect fit. Some people who dislike Express I find out don't know how to wear clothes and go for too tight of outfits. When you are mindful of your real dress size and clothing for your body type, it's more affordable clothing that skims over you beautifully.

I’ve been shopping with Express for a long time since the late 90s! Quality and customer service has gone down! Back then, quality was excellent! The clothes were perfectly sewn, the fabric was of high quality. The sizing was very accurate too! While, they still have cute items and some things are of good quality, some items’ sizing is off and the fabric looks cheap. I still shop there but very occasionally. I do like their jeans as of this past year. They are very high quality denim. They have enough stretch and fit like a glove. I’ve washed them multiple times and they still look new. I love their work attire. Their portofino blouses are lovely and so are their work skirts and pants. One thing they have to work on is their customer service at stores. I used to work there back in the day and we always were like personal fashion stylists. We always dressed the part and wore Express clothes fashionably. Everyone that worked there dressed to the nines! It was a blast! We always talked to the customers and they enjoyed that. We gave them styling advice and informed them on trends. Nowadays, the sales associate don’t even acknowledge you or offer to help. They’re either on their phones, folding clothes with a resting b!$ch face or having conversations among themselves. I recall one time waiting on the checkout line for what seemed an eternity as two sales associates were chatting right in front of me. I was the only one there. I had enough and told them you just lost a customer. Online customer service is excellent though. Not to mention, that the sales associates don’t dress the part. They always look frumpy as if they just rolled out of bed. I hope Express revamps the sales associates experience at the stores. Please train sales associates to dress the part and learn customer service skills.

The most sophisticated attire for the grown and sexy! Most items fit perfectly. Comfortable fabrics and great selections. My new go to choice for high fashion.

I always love their clothes! Sometimes I wish the prices could be a little cheaper, but I guess that's what the sales rack is for! I love the style and love their jeans! One of my favorite stores!

I like how you can see Express’s entire collection of available clothes in one place and what you see online is what you get! Their customer service is pretty great and their live support has helped me quite a few times, from helping me with recommending some clothes to pair with my current shopping cart to assisting me when I had problems with an order and got my issue in front of the right people to get it resolved within one night.The only complaint I would have with express is that the shipping time for the clothes can be pretty variable and sometimes it can take several weeks for the clothes to ship and then arrive. If they could resolve this and always ship close promptly, I would have no complaints!
