Love my limitless go to Odeon Hereford always lots of choice, comfortable seats and friendly helpful staff. Meet friends beforehand in bare cafe area for a coffee or glass of wine. My love of cinema has been reignited

Good customer service. I had four rowdy boys (pre-teens) with me fully charged for noise, pranks and general ASB. The staff were good, patient and courteous. Above all really helpful, when one of the boys dropped their phone. The security guard had retained it for almost 24 hours hoping that someone would ring it - we eventually did and within an hour the device was safely at its owners. The venue (Screen 1) was good, loud, large as can be expected and fairly clean. This review is for the Uxbridge location.

Its a nice place to see new films .The staff have been nice when going there and most of the time it is all good.but they could clean it more . As that is the main thing that people look at .The mangers of Odeon could write up a report and do training in this area . by getting staff to fill out a cleaning papers work.

I accidentally booked tickets to the wrong Odeon with my 2 for 1 code and as a result had to repurchase tickets at full price. I rang customer services to explain the next day and Dan was very very helpful, he refunded me and as a gift give me complementary free cinema codes for my next visit! Very happy!!

I took a disabled chap to the odeon in Uxbridge and Zoe was absolutely fantastic to both him and me. She is a credit to the cinema

Me and my children often visit odeon in Telford it’s always been great value and kept ticket prices low until they recently became odeon lux and tickets are no very overpriced and so is the food

My husband and I love the cinema so we both have a limitless card each. A few things worth mentioning.Firstly the cards are quite temperamental as is the website. Quite often it's crashed mid booking which has on several occasions booked me into 2 seats. The first seat stays booked on the website but occassionaplly let's someone book it. Once we had an elderly lady plop herself between us in the premier seats. Not ideal on date night.I've had three cards now, these quite often don't work in the machines so you''ll end up in the queue which is quite unfortunate and what you aim to avoid.The extras you get with limitless, e.g. 10% popcorn, rubbish extras really. Not worth mentioning as way way over priced. Odeon have however stated it's fine to bring your own food and drink.A couple months ago they emailed me to say my account was cancelled even though I'd paid a year in full with 7 months left to go. After investigating they found they'd done this by mistake. Bit random, how does that happen!? This did get fixed quickly though.A lot of films seem to not get played at my local, port Solent. Bad enough having to drive 25mins to get there. The closest after is 45-1hr away. A lot of the films being shown instead have very few people in so the repeated showings could be replaced with these other films. Another thing is that at Odeon port Solent the ladies toilets are the worst. Only a few are useable. The rest either don't lock, have a broken seat or have a cone attached due to some other issue. Total revamp needed, asap. It's been like this as long as I can remember.The one great thing about Odeon is those on the Twitter who will respond very quickly and are always helpful. They did get my account back up and running very quickly. The staff have always been friendly and helpful too.

The quality of picture and sound is very good and of course they have reclining chairs. However, in my view this is not value for money. I booked a movie last week which was close on £40.00 for two adults and one child. If that isn’t bad enough- if you want a box of popcorn and a drink each, add on another £25.00. So all in all £65.00 to see a movie. I would rather stay at home, put my feet up on my own couch and eat And drink popcorn, sweets and coke in the comfort of my own home. In my opinion, this is a company trying to recover what they spend on the cinema as soon as possible at the expense of the clientele. This is not good value for money at all.
