Highly recommend Premier Inn! Best customer service during the pandemic. They clearly care about their customers. Unfortunately i had to cancel my trip but i look forward to travelling soon and staying at Premier Inn!Their refund process was very prompt and simple, unlike most other travel companies who are not providing refunds or credits at all. Amazing service
Amazing service. Unlike Sykes Cottages, where we are having trouble getting any money back from a cancellation due to covid-19, Premier Inn have been absolutely fantastic! Even though we'd booked on a non-cancellation deal, we have been given a full refund and all I had to do was click on a button on their website. So simple and easy. Will definitely be booking with Premier Inn again in the future. What a fantastic company.

I last stayed in the premier inn whilst on a short break in Weymouth last year. The staff was lovely and very helpful. I will be booking up again in the future. Breakfast was a 10/10 and the room was very clean

With travel companies doing everything possible to avoid repaying their customers who can't stay due to COVID-19, Premier Inn has really shone out with the blanket its up to you full refund or amend policy. Easy to use online system and repaid in 2 days no further questions asked, even for the non refundable rates. Companies who have tried to profit out of this situation will not survive. In future I will be using Premier Inn as much as possible - their hotels are good, their breakfasts are great and now I can see as a company they have strong morals and have put their customers first.Thank You Premier Inn

Premier Inn Heathrow at Bath Road: Good stay!
I've stayed in the Premier Inn London Heathrow at Bath Road, and it has always consistently delivered a good stay at a (more or less) reasonable price. Rooms were clean, well maintained and location was great.However, if booked near to the date of stay, prices tend to be much higher.

Simply the best.
I do consider that a vast amount of companies are behaving despicably and in fact illegally also misrepresenting ABTA guidelines. However one company stands out for outstanding and exemplary behaviour that is Premier Inn. I had a non flexible ticket booked with them and naturally thought given the circumstances that my money would be lost. What Premier Inn did was contact me out of the blue informing me that they had upgraded my booking to a 'flexi' and that if I so wished I could cancel and receive a full refund.They even provided a link which was so easy to use and within minutes I had managed to cancel, had a reply, with the money being refunded within 15 days. Now how is that for service. I hope when this nightmare is all over we remember when booking holidays how various companies treated us. As far as I am concerned PREMIER INN will be top of the list as they most certainly are the premier company.

Good on Premier Inn for offering to refund/change bookings with very little difficulty- despite having a cheap non-flex fare! It is appreciated and will be remembered when booking hotels in the future when this is all over! Also must say when I do stay with them which is quite a lot rooms always clean and comfortable.Thanks

Due to Covid 19 my travel plans have changed
Due to Covid 19 my travel plans have all been changed. I have had an awful experience with a different UK travel firm and will never book with them again. I had a Premier Inn booking for later this year and Premier Inn have contacted me via email. My original booking was for a non refundable room however due to Covid, Premier Inn have change this to allow me to either cancel and have a refund or change my dates allowing me flexibility. This is such a relief I really appreciate the proactive approach Premier Inn have taken. I appreciate how hard it must be for the business but they are putting their guests first is the right thing to do. I will defiantly re book and will recommend Premier Inn (where I wont recommend a different Travel provider from the UK or book with them again). This is a time when UK companies will be remembered for how they treat their clients and Premier Inn have shown they value their customers. Well done and look forward to staying with you in the future.

Excellent Helpful booking processPremier Inn have been so helpful and accommodating with hotel bookings. I was able to get refunds for my early April stay in London with ease. Now Premier Inn have upgraded my next booking in July to fully flexible, so that's really taken a worry off my mind. Excellent service and fantastic attitude that ensures customer loyalty in these difficult times.

Great gesture
You've got to hand it to Premier Inn. I had a non flex booking for April. Because of the CO19 problem it looked like we were going to have to cancel and lose our money. However, Premier Inn allowed everyone to change dates at no extra cost. Brilliant!! But it gets better, I've just received an email informing me that I can now change that booking again for anytime in the next year because of the situation. One of the few companies to appreciate the problems people are facing during these troubled times. Bravo Premier Inn, Eurostar et al please take note.
