Tempurpedic Mattress Military Discount November 2022

I have the mattress pillow topper. Sleeping on a cloud ..nuff said.

Never received shipping notice and had to contact them for tracking. Before I could copy the tracking info they deleted the chat, so had to start all over. That's not a huge deal. I should have been faster at the copying. But I asked for an email with tracking and never got that. Fortunately it showed up within 10 days of the order. But it isn't the tempurpedic of old. It's different now that they are owned by a mattress company? I dunno. The topper was awful. First, advertised at 3" and 60x80 for a queen. It was neither. It was maybe at best in one spot 2.5" thick. Mostly 2". And while the length was ok, the width was short - the kind of short where one or the other of you is going to roll onto the edge and feel it because it's too short. I mentioned that in my online review and heard nothing back. Also, totally my fault for buying the thing when I knew there were no returns possible (unlike everyone else with trial periods). I assumed it would be as good as my previous Tempurpedic mattress I had way back, but not so much. It was an expensive mistake. One I will never repeat. It was soft but then if you laid on a spot it got hard like concrete and good luck rolling over. You actually have to wake up and throw yourself out of the canyon your body created and then it doesn't fill back in right away. So much fun trying to get comfortable. Even the small dog wouldn't sleep on it directly - could be the smell or how hot it got. Meh. Waste of money.

These pillows are fabulous! Not too soft but it can provide a perfect amount of support and comfort! I ordered them as a prime deal, i'm not sure if i could bring myself to pay for full price for them but they are maagnificent!

We had an electrical outage in our neighborhood and several on/off instances which caused the remotes that control our adjustable bed to stop working. I was concerned that since we purchased this bed a few years ago that the warranty would not be any good. No problem. I called the technical assistance department at Tempur-Pedic and the young woman very patiently walked me through reprogramming the remotes and in just about 15 minutes we were back in business. In a time when many companies are getting to the point where customer service means fighting through a maze of robot voices, Tempur-Pedic was a shining star for me. Great job folks. Tremendous customer service.

They had a BOGO sale and I wasn’t sure what to get so I got four different pillows. I’ve been meaning to get new pillows for a while now. I’ve been having a lot of back/neck pain. My last pillows were from nestbedding.com and I think they were too firm and high for me. Anyway, after testing my pillows. I found the perfect pillow for myself. The tempur essential support pillow. I’ve been having the best sleep since. It’s a lower pillow and I love it so much. I gave the rest of the pillows to my parents. Sorry for rambling. The pillows came fast!

Tempur mattresses simply cannot be compared to anything else. I am on my second mattresses after my first was damaged. I tried looking at so many other makes, including all the new on line brands. There was no comparison, Tempur is simply out on its own. They are expensive yes, but sleep quality is beyond anything I have ever experienced.
