I contacted Spectrums technical support yesterday July 27th 2021 and spoke with John. I was trying to figure out how to set up a conference call with the Attorney, client and adjuster. John was amazing, provided excellent service and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and tested properly before ending our call. He set up a conference bridge for us and made my job so easy. THANK YOU Johnathon Jordan for your Professionalism ,Great attitude and Quick problem solving!!!

I called regarding having issues with a new television and I spoke with a representative named “Kayla” who was very courteous and professional and provided great customer service!. This employee is an Asset to Spectrum!.

So I was completely floored to see all the negative reviews. Like, really surprised. Anytime I've had their services, my biggest complaint has been their rates. The service I NEVER have a problem with nor do I have issues with service reps. My internet connection is strong and always there when I need it. 10 bucks of the price would be nice. I also switched over to their cell service and I am VERY happy with that switch over and service. So good job SPECTRUM/MOBILE

I have been a customer for almost a year. And on Friday I was have trouble getting connected to the internet. As I have had previous experiencing throughout my services. Thinking I could trouble shoot myself as I had been doing by turning my modem off for 10 seconds then turning it back on well I took a phone call with customer service on Friday May 7th to find out that my equipment that was put in in first installation is outdated extremely outdated when I have been paying an indigenous amount of money for Wi-Fi to reach add an extra distance along with consistently having issues with my internet or the last many months numerous times I have been told that services are out in my area when knowing the fact that my neighbor next to me has internet just fine this is really disappointing to me as a business owner and I'm completely appalled that I was given outdated equipment and completely upset that I've been paying for this outdated equipment for almost a year now and never knew I really do believe that everybody should get the same equipment if that is what they should be required. I'm very disappointed in spectrum for treating me this way. Thanks

I spoke to a fantastic customer service rep named Dan ,Dan the man!he talked me through connecting my service for at least a hour.he was so great!

I signed up for internet online. The online rep, Kierra, took care of everything, and was wonderful. We were sent to the spectrum store (Waterstone), and the clerk was not very interested in helping us. He sent us to VOA store. That young man (Nathan) was amazing. He was running the store alone and was very efficient!! He gave us our modem. We had a bit of a problem and once again talked to service online and scheduled an appt. The man who came was wonderful and took care of the problem. He sent another person to bury the line he had laid. Both service people were on time and very capable. Our internet service is the best we have had in years!! Thanks!!

I only use their internet with FuboTV and i find it to have the same reliability as at&t i guess i'm just lucky.But if you do get Spectrum just use their internet with Hulu, Fubo or something so you save the most.
