New Look Military Discount April 2024

Since I posted the review below Newlook have been in contact and refunded the purchase cost. Because the original order still hasn’t been received, as at Saturday 6th November 2021, my wife reordered the exact same items and these have duly been delivered by DPD today Saturday 6th November 2021. I think Newlook have been let down by their other carrier, Hermes and because it proved impossible to communicate with a Newlook person rather than Newlook BOTS it led to frustration.The items purchased are all of a high quality and fit perfectly. I have changed this review to reflect this and the speed at which Newlook sorted things out. Will be ordering again in the future but will check who the carrier is.My wife Placed an online order with Newlook on Wednesday 27th October 2021, received a despatch email from them stating that the order would be delivered on Friday 29th October 2021.Then Received an email from their carrier, Hermes on Thursday 28th October 2021 stating that the order had been received by them but there would be a short delay in delivery, needless to say it’s now Wednesday 3rd November 2021 and order has not been delivered. Tracking information on Hermes has not been updated since Thursday 29th October 2021. Proved impossible to communicate directly with Newlook. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I am not fan of New Look and neither I would reconsider going back and this has nothing to do with customer service or the employees at the store but it is material of clothes design that they got online and in the store e.g. I had bought couple clothes in last past three months, within three weeks period I’ve bought a coat from them in store at Trafford Centre and the material already coming apart, I had discovered I got hole in my coat. So I will have to recycle that and I won’t be shopping there anymore and I would believe mostly New Look’s stores, their clothes come from China because how cheap material feels, I’m wondering what happened to those olden days where UK used to run manufacturers wool our clothes and now we have to rely on China.I was wondering why this employee at this Trafford Centre store looked so miserable and she look like she doesn’t want to work there anymore. As she approached me over customer contour, her body language says allot.

So ridiculous that you can’t change a postcode straight after placing your order. No company works that quickly that they can’t just amend the postcode before printing the label. There is no way it was dispatched because I got in touch with them straight away. I was told I can change it with yodel but I couldn’t do that either. So it’s basically being delivered to an address that doesn’t existAmending review- Courtney was helpful and arranged a refund and code to re order for next day which I have done

Had a issue with a item of clothing being missing from my online order, I went on the live chat and spoke to Katie B, who was very helpful and friendly, and sorted it all out.Great customer service thank you
