Absolutely love papa johns !!!

Absolutely love papa johns !!!! I’ve never went wrong with them no matter what location delivers to me. I would pick them over any other pizza place any day! Always fresh and fast plus the people there are always nice !

STAFF ARE AMAZING

I had a complication with my order yesterday and I spoke to one of the workers called Patricia, in the cleveleys papa johns, she was very lovely and very understanding. Highly would recommend as staff are lovely and pizza is amazing for the price given

Decent pizza

Decent pizza, could have been faster service though! Saw some negative reviews on here for their Papa Johns but it wasn't a negative experience for me. Will probs revisit again!

Papa John's

**UPDATE** Call received from Manager Gemma who apologised for the error and has credited 1 pizza to my account to take when I choose.Perfect resolution. Greatly appreciate the apology and replacement pizza.Papa John's - Shawlands in Glasgow delivered the wrong pizza in an order of 2 pizzas.It was late, hone 9pm and I was ravenous, so although it was the right toppings but with BBQ sauce in error, I ate a couple of slices.Not the worst thing I've ever eaten but definitely not what I'd ordered and I managed to eat 2½ slices before the sauce became too much.I rang the shop and was told that if I'd had less than 2 slices or called immediately they would replace it with another pizza.I said I didn't want another pizza, I'd had my full. Then, even though I'd had more than the 2 slices, they offered a replacement pizza.Again, I explained I didn't want another pizza.I would've appreciated a replacement pizza at another time or my money back or even half of my money back, but although Papa John's sent me an item I didn't order in probably a genuine mistake - their mistake, not mine - I'm stuck with rubbish for the food recycling bin instead of leftovers!Terrible customer service.

I use the Hoxton Papa John‘s

I use the Hoxton Papa John‘s. Until now, they have been ok. The pizzas are well made and I have had no problem with my orders or deliveries. They arrive hot. I usually buy from them once a month, as a treat for the kids. Papa John’s IS expensive though, this is my only complaint. I don’t use their apps, I use their website to order and I have found this quite efficient.
