Hi, I've recently bought the one plus 8T. Saddly, i had a yellow screen issue. I was unable to resolve it with after sales service. After 11 days of trying, I decided to return the phone. I was within my 15 day trial period. Customer service employees where extremely nice thruought the entire process. The refund experience was stressfull, not because I wasn't getting any news, but because I was in Canada and the company is in China :) In the end, I was refunded at 100%. Only bad thing is I had a problem with my phone and I was stuck without a phone for 2 weeks. Other then that, great customer service.So far One plus 7 pro and one plus 8T had small problems which made me send them back but I have had great customer service twice.Will give the one plus 9 a try for sure !

Tried to get a repair on a Oneplus 7 Pro that is under warranty. I started all this in December and now on 22/01/21 I have still not got the RMA confirmation.Great phones but in my opinion customer service does not exist. I've chatted to 3 customer service agents and countless via email.I love the phones but my relationship with Oneplus started on the Oneplus3 and is about to end on the Oneplus7Pro.My money will go to Samsung or Apple next time.Update 23/01/21. Oneplus have replied on this review and I appriciate that, but they have left the generic contact for support which is why i wrote a negative report here. Nothing ever gets done. I supplied the case ID to oneplus via Trustpilot, but yet again nothing happened. My review is further proof of the mediocre support.Update Feb 2021.I finally managed to get the phone fully repaired by Oneplus. Once the ball got moving it was fine but I have only give 3 stars for the sheer time taken .

Having bought a OnePlus 8 Pro it was vital for me for it to have dash charging. And for some reason my charger stopped charging at "dash" speeds, even after many troubleshooting steps of cleaning ports, charging at different battery levels and reseting the phone completely. I have contacted OnePlus people since I have a warranty, they troubleshooted and concluded that I deserve a new charger. They said "we will inform the team and prioritize your case" and then telling me that a charger will arrive in couple days. I was happy, but a week later nothing so i contact again, a week after that nothing i contact again all in all i contacted them maybe 10 times each time same story "we will send it to you soon". What I was told in the most recent conversation is that the item was out of stock and thats why it took 10 weeks for them to get around to sending it to me. It is on its way now I have a RoyalMail tracking number. I feel like a strong improvement could be done in OnePlus if they just sent people like me an email just so i know what the situation is rather than feeling scamed for 9 weeks straight. All that was needed was "Hey we are sorry but we currently dont have the item in stock, we will send it to you as soon as it arrives." that would make this a 5 star experience in my opinion.

Without a doubt, OP is the best brand of phones worldwide. Have been a loyal customer since the OP One and have replaced them only when battery life is deteriorated from wear and tear. Resilient flagship phones of the highest speccs at reasonable prices.
