AWESOME SPINACH ALFREDO!!!

Had the new steak alfredo pizza/sandwich it had a good flavor but more peppers and onions than meat. Dont have to try it again. My husband had the Italian and same thing alot of yellow peppers not enough meat.

after my tracking page stopped working I came here to find the average time for delivery, then became very worried if I would receive a pizza at all with the amount of 1 star reviews. Think I was one of the lucky ones it arrived in half hour, all of the pizzas were hot and tasty definitely better than our local dominoes and pizza hut. Ingredients seemed better quality and less processed that others. Covid practices in place as well. Bradley Stoke

Ordered 3 days ago amazing service, amazing pizza, always used Dominos but will never use again Pappa Johns soooo much Better much easier to order, quick and very friendly delivery driver red hot gorgeous pizza thanks guys you deserve 10 out of 10

The pizza was nice, but I think management need to show the delivery drivers the instructions on the website for delivering during coronavirus lockdown as none of the measures were followed.

Too much sheese!!! too creamy and overpowers every other flavour on the pizza, shame because the vegan peparoni and sausage is actually fantastic, in future think i'll just go for the vegetarian instead as the pizza themselves are still great. just a shame the sheese stopped me being able to eat the whole thing.

Have always ordered from papa johns, pizza is the best and will always get it from there if I can! Ordered tonight for 7.30pm delivery, it arrived on time, hot and with an Easter egg which was a lovely touch!

Absolutely fantastic service even in these awful times there service outstanding carnt fault or thank these guys enough.... your keeping the nation fed and us as a household classed as key workers carnt thank you enough well done papa John xxxx

I discovered Papa Johns when Amazon was still doing Amazon Restaurants. Now that they don’t do anymore, I order directly online from the Hoxton Store. Their pizzas have always been good, well cooked and crispy and still hot on arrival. The delivery people have always been courteous. My front door is not easy to spot, especially in the dark, so sometimes they have to call me to let me know they are here. One time, I ordered for my boss from my account and I forgot to change the delivery address. I called them as soon as I realised my mistake and there was no problem, they redirected their delivery guy to my work address. On enrichment trips, the teacher I work with always stops by Hoxton Papa Johns on the way back to pick up take away pizzas and the service is good too. By the way, teachers and school workers get a discount. Yep! As long as you have your ID staff badge, ask for a discount. Maybe you have to ask nicely, maybe it is discretionary but I know we do every time. The above is for the Hoxton Branch. They have always been good to me with customer service. So why not 5 stars? Because I deducted one for Papa Johns as a company. Otherwise, the store deserves 5 stars, from my experience with them. .Now, for Papa Johns as a company: my complaint is that they are too, too expensive. After all, it is only pizza. A bit of dough, a bit of tomato sauce, a bit of cheese and some veg or meat. Because I order online, I get special offers. I usually get the 50% off pizzas otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford to treat the kids. They are teens, they can wolf down a whole pizza in seconds, fight for that last slice and wanting seconds so I am glad for the 50% discounts. I can turn a treat into a feast. By opening an account and ordering online, you also get reward points and you can use them for free sides or free pizza. So, this is a positive. .I have read the bad reviews. I think that it is better to order online, because then the stores can’t say it is your mistake. They send you a mail to confirm and a mail or text to let you know how long it will take. You have proof of what you ordered. Also, with some stores, I know they use the app to let you know where is your pizza. Papa John’s head office should make sure they have seminars on how to deal with customer services. After all, it is their name brand that suffers. If I was an executive at Papa John’s, I would be appalled by the percentage of bad reviews and do something. My two cents.

The website feels somewhat clunky, however great food and always very pleasant staff at/from the Caterham branch.

Papa John's could you please pay your employees $2.00 more to their paycheck. They deserve it, working so hard while the is a government is on lock down, alot of your employees depend on tips to get through the day but because of the Coronavirus there tips are not the same.

Excellent Pizza. My family and I ordered a nice pepperoni pizza each and a side order of chicken wings. The Pepsi bottle we ordered was freeing cold and the cookie desert was decent also. Very good company that I would recommend to anybody.

I use the Hoxton Papa John‘s. Until now, they have been ok. The pizzas are well made and I have had no problem with my orders or deliveries. They arrive hot. I usually buy from them once a month, as a treat for the kids. Papa John’s IS expensive though, this is my only complaint. I don’t use their apps, I use their website to order and I have found this quite efficient.

I just went into one here in Edinburgh west and picked one up. It was a good pizza and friendly and quick.Their slogan is "better ingredients better pizza" and I would agree, nice qaulity tomato base noted!Will use Papa John's again!
